The 'Dear Person Reading This' Project is to let people around you know that you care, that they have someone they can lean on, and that they are not alone; and doing so through telling YOUR story!

Through these letters, we hope to create a community around mental health, and to use our peer support to fill in the gaps of mental health resources.
